Ten minutes ago, I kissed DH goodbye with a slight moan that today was yet another day overflowing with commitments and activities. Then, I opened my email and saw this prayer:

Daily Prayer for September 22, 2009

Lord, help me to find balance in my life.

I am expected to be so much to so many people.

Be with me as I struggle to meet expectations while still finding time

to fulfill my own hopes and dreams. Amen.
