Proud Mom Moment

The other day, as we ate lunch, we talked about some of the fun things we have planned as a family this coming year.

"And at the beginning of the summer, we'll go visit Grammy and PopPop, because PopPop has a special birthday this year. He's going to be 70," I explained to the kids.

LilBro leaned out of his seat and positioned his face right in front of mine. "You mean PopPop is 69!" he squealed.

Yes. He just turned 4. He can count to 100 without assistance, and ... apparently... can do simple subtraction in his head, too.
